📌 Custom Product Notice

All our products are made to order and customized using the photo, text, and design provided by you. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or returns for the following cases:

  • You change your mind after placing the order.
  • You uploaded the wrong photo or information.
  • You are unsatisfied with the design after final approval.
  • Minor color or lighting variations due to screen differences.

✅ Refund or Replacement Conditions

We only offer refunds or free replacements if:

  • The frame is damaged during delivery.
  • You received the wrong product (e.g., wrong design, photo, or frame).
  • Your frame is defective or broken upon arrival.

To qualify, you must:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Provide photo or video proof of the issue.
  3. Share your order number and details.

Once verified, we will resend the corrected item or process a refund (based on the situation).


🔄 Revision Policy (Before Printing)

We offer one free revision for customized designs before we print and ship.
Please review and approve the final preview carefully, as refunds are not available after printing.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
